Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of the Tiguan amounted to 13,788 units, up 3.66% year on year, the first on August, 2012 sales ranking of SUVs from Germany's brands, according to the August sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of the Audi Q5 amounted to 8,129 units, up 26.46% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 57,426 units. August sales of the Benz GLK reached 2,835 units, and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 10,709 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
