Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of the Tiguan amounted to 16,996 units, up 23.27% year on year, the first on August, 2013 sales ranking of compact SUVs from Germany's brands, according to the August sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of the Audi Q3 amounted to 5,951 units, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 23,208 units. August sales of the BMW X1 reached 1,555 units, decreasing 16.44% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 14,128 units.
