Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of the Sportage-R amounted to 8,970 units, up 57.92% year on year, the first on May, 2020 sales ranking of compact SUVs from Korea's brands, according to the May sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of the Hyundai ix35 amounted to 5,064 units, down 27.62% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 19,779 units. May sales of the Tucson reached 3,530 units, increasing 474.92% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 9,027 units.
