Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of SAIC-VW amounted to 24,474 units, down 1.68% year on year, the first on August, 2004 sales ranking by all OEMs, according to the August sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of FAW-VW amounted to 20,709 units, up 3.48% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 139,708 units. August sales of GAC-Honda reached 15,936 units, increasing 82.27% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 108,679 units.
