Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of the Elantra amounted to 13,734 units, up 42.96% year on year, the first on August, 2005 sales ranking of sedans from Korea's brands, according to the August sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of the Cerato amounted to 5,130 units, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 5,130 units. August sales of the Optima reached 940 units, and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 9,829 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
