Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of the Elantra amounted to 5,804 units, down 41 % year on year, the first on August, 2024 sales ranking of A sedans/cars from Korea's brands, according to the August sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of the Kia K3 amounted to 969 units, up 135 % year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 8,238 units. August sales of the Forte reached 786 units, decreasing 67 % year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 13,382 units. (Note: Sales data here includes that of locally-made cars, SUVs and MPVs.)
