Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of the Jetta amounted to 14,652 units, up 34.99% year on year, the first on August, 2006 sales ranking of A sedan from Germany's brands, according to the August sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of the Santana3000 amounted to 6,081 units, up 26.77% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 50,822 units. August sales of the Sagitar reached 4,739 units, and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 16,207 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
