On July 18, BYD announced its foray into the Vietnamese market with the introduction of three battery electric vehicle (BEV) models: the BYD SEAL, BYD DOLPHIN, and BYD ATTO 3 (known as Yuan PLUS in China).

The release marks a significant milestone as it is not only BYD's first MPV model released for the Indonesian market but also the first all-electric MPV to be introduced in Indonesia.

BYD recently held a grand brand launch event in Dakar, the capital of Senegal, marking the official introduction of its first electric vehicle, the Yuan PLUS (known as the BYD ATTO 3 outside of China), to the Senegalese market.
