Autowise.ai has been officially granted the functional autonomous driving license in Shenzhen, China, marking its first such license in the city and a significant milestone in its expansion within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

On October 16, Autowise.ai, Chinese autonomous driving startup, received a license from Hangzhou city, Zhejiang Province, which allows it to test its autonomous sanitation vehicles, according to a post on the Autowise.ai's WeChat account.
