Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On Jan. 12, Tianyancha's intellectual property records show that Shenzhen Yinwang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. has transferred multiple "Qijing" trademarks to Huawang Automotive Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. The international classifications span lighting and air-conditioning, vehicles, website services and more, with most of the marks currently awaiting substantive examination.
Public filings indicate Huawang Automotive Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. was established in March 2025, with Ge Xianqing as legal representative. Its business scope includes automobile sales, manufacturing of auto parts and accessories, and wholesale of auto components. Shareholder information shows the company is jointly held by GAC Group (601238) and GAC AION New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd.
Qijing, a high-end smart NEV brand jointly launched by GAC Group and Huawei last September, targets the market above 300,000 yuan. Huawei provides full-stack solutions covering intelligent driving, smart cockpit and vehicle-cloud services.

At the end of December, Qijing CEO Liu Jiaming wrote that he and Jin Yuzhi, CEO of Huawei's Intelligent Automotive Solution BU, test-drove Qijing's first "three-million-yuan" class shooting-brake coupe prototype — getting an early taste of the dynamics promised by "million-class" vehicles. Nationwide road testing for the model begins today.
Officials say Qijing will have its own distinctive visual identity, with the badge to be formally unveiled in 2026. The vehicle definition, they add, deeply incorporates Huawei's Qiankun Intelligent Driving ADS highway L3 conditional automated driving architecture — aiming to deliver a freer, high-level intelligent driving experience that safeguards safety and frees up time.
They also emphasize that highway L3 remains in pilot testing across select cities, and its commercial rollout in passenger cars will depend on future regulatory support and the capabilities of autonomous vehicles.
