Beijing (Gasgoo)- On September 18, Chinese commercial vehicle intelligent driving tech firm Autra Tech, entered into a strategic partnership with high-precision map service provider KuanDeng Technology. This collaboration marks a significant strategic upgrade, building upon two years of deep cooperation between the two entities.

KuanDeng Technology's extensive nationwide coverage of high-precision maps and multi-source updates will enhance the reliability and stability of Autra Tech's intelligent driving systems. In return, Autra Tech's real-time perception and updating capabilities will assist KuanDeng Technology in achieving efficient and fresh data.
In the context of long-haul intelligent logistics scenarios, Autra Tech has developed intelligent driving heavy-duty trucks equipped with a fully self-developed, high computing power vehicle-grade controller. The system incorporates state-of-the-art Transformer-based, large-scale SOTA models, complemented by a redundant perception system comprising LiDAR, cameras, and millimeter-wave radar, providing an obstacle recognition recall rate exceeding 99.99% and an effective perception range of over 500 meters.
By integrating KuanDeng Technology's high-precision maps and customized application platform, Autra Tech aims to solve issues such as ultra-long-distance dependency solely on real-time perception, field of view obstructions, and perception errors. This fusion of high-precision maps and BEV real-time perception enhances result confidence and maximizes the safety of Autra Tech's intelligent driving heavy-duty trucks. It further aligns with Autra Tech's goal of achieving over 99% coverage of high-speed highways and urban expressways in China's operational design domain (ODD), meeting the practical needs of long-haul transportation in China.
