Gasgoo Munich- ENGINEAI has officially inaugurated its smart manufacturing base in Shenzhen’s Honghualing district, with the first batch of T800 humanoid robots successfully rolling off the assembly line.
Spanning 12,000 square meters, the facility establishes a closed-loop manufacturing workflow. It covers everything from incoming quality control and component testing to final assembly, line-off testing, mass shipment, and after-sales maintenance. This streamlined setup enables the plant to produce one humanoid robot every 15 minutes.
Before delivery, every unit must undergo 79 comprehensive quality inspections and 46 scenario-based simulation tests. This rigorous protocol ensures consistent high performance and stability across mass production.

Founded in October 2023, ENGINEAI is headquartered in Shenzhen.
Since its inception, the company has focused on developing general-purpose intelligent robots and industry-specific solutions. The launch of the Shenzhen Honghualing base marks a significant milestone, signaling ENGINEAI' transition into volume delivery on a 10,000-unit scale.
Notably, the expansion isn't limited to Shenzhen. In Zhengzhou, Henan province, planning is underway for ENGINEAI's global smart manufacturing headquarters. A production line capable of 10,000 units is also steadily progressing at the ENGINEAI Intelligent Manufacturing (Zhengzhou Yunzhi Science Park) base.
This facility is designed to unlock scalable capacity, enhance market services, and foster regional industrial coordination. It aims to deeply integrate with local supply chains for core components and leverage regional application scenarios.
