Gasgoo Munich- Minieye has forged a strategic partnership with LDROBOT. Together, the two will build a foundation for physical AI technology, co-develop a full-scenario product matrix, and drive commercialization. The collaboration also aims to leverage data and resources to accelerate the transition from physical AI research to large-scale deployment.
Specifically, Minieye brings full-stack capabilities in end-to-end autonomous driving models, physical AI algorithms, and massive real-world data loops. LDROBOT, meanwhile, contributes deep expertise in physical AI spatial perception algorithms, embodied robot development, and real-world spatial assets. Their joint effort will focus on developing a world model for general physical intelligence.
On the product front, the partners will pursue two new directions. First, they will offer integrated hardware and software solutions for "last mile" delivery, aiming to unlock scale and operational advantages.

Second, combining their expertise in physical AI interaction, they will build an end-to-end multimodal large model. The focus will be on robot products that deliver "emotional value," emphasizing empathy, real-time response, and human-like behavior. These are designed for emerging essential needs in home companionship, elderly care, and commercial services.
Beyond product development, Minieye and LDROBOT will prioritize core cities like Shenzhen and Changsha to build "unmanned vehicle + robot" demonstration bases. These sites will serve as replicable blueprints for full-chain, unmanned operations.
The collaboration also extends to data infrastructure for physical AI and embodied intelligence. By linking data collection across vehicles and robots, the companies aim to establish a unified cross-platform data loop. A high-quality database covering indoor and outdoor, structured and unstructured scenarios will fuel algorithm iteration through a data flywheel.
LDROBOT is a full-stack intelligent robotics company grounded in perception intelligence. Armed with multimodal perception products, AI spatial models, and efficient development platforms, it has established a complete capability chain from underlying technology to application. This empowers robots across home, commercial, and industrial scenarios. Notably, LDROBOT is seeing rapid growth in its smart lawn mower segment. Building on that momentum, the company is leveraging its perception and algorithm strengths to expand into home embodied robotics—a space with far greater potential.
LDROBOT officially listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on May 11, marking its entry into a "2.0" era.
