Greatwall are aggressively expanding their new Hover line up with new models and aim to add yet more compact SUVs to their dealerships. Greatwall are now selling all of their SUVs under the Hover (or Havel if you’re overseas) brand, their latest addition was the M2 compact SUV which is based on the Coolbear platform but with chunky plastic bumpers to give it that crossover theme. Greatwall are going to launch an AWD version very soon, and it will come with a CVT gearbox also.
Greatwall Hover M3
In addition to an AWD M2, Greatwall are also working on their M3 SUV which as its name suggests will sit above the M2. The M3 will be powered by a 1.5L engine producing 104BHP (138N.m at 4200rpm) and will be paired with a 4 speed automatic or a 5 speed manual, and also an AWD system. Pricing is expected to be in the 90,000rmb and rising area.
