According to an announcement released by GAC Automobile Group five month ago, its joint-venture subsidiary GAC Fiat has altered the name to GAC Fiat Chrysler, becoming a 3-way joint venture of GAC Group, Chrysler Asia Pacific Investment Co., Ltd. and Fiat Group.And a new sales company will be listed in the mid of July, about half month later than what has been planned.
