On this Tuesday, government of Tianjin has issuedBeautiful Tianjin Building Outline. It refers that Tianjin will control motor vehicle growth by purchasing and driving limitation.It reliefs the increasing traffic jam of Tianjin. Besides, the city will invest in parking space, and reduce &standardize road parking. The outline encourages people going outlow-carbon,and points out priority for public transport building. It means that Tianjin now joins motor vehicle purchasing and driving limitation cities.
Since Beijing adopts motor vehicle driving limitation and license number drawing policies, Guangzhou and Guiyang join vehicle driving and purchasing limitation as well. Shijiazhuang announces purchase limitation for the third personal vehicle this month. Now there are 6 cities adopt certain vehicle limitations plus Shanghai which adopts license number auction, and Tianjin which will issues purchase limitation regulation. Influenced by purchase limitation policy wave, Xian, Dalian and Suzhou may have their own motor vehicle purchase limitation.
