Yulon Motor Co Ltd said its board has approved the injection of a combined 23.10 mln usd into three wholly owned units in Nanjing in China's Jiangsu province.
The new funds will supplement their combined paid-in capital of 39 mln usd, it said in a filing with the local stock exchange.
The three units were set up to help the Taiwan carmaker expand its distribution network on the mainland.
