The Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone is accelerating the deep integration of its automotive sector with advanced manufacturing, fueling a surge in demand for intelligent and flexible production solutions. Siasun's arrival was facilitated by the Hubei High-Quality Development Industrial Investment Fund, under the Jingchan Investment Group, which acted as a capital bridge. By precisely aligning the company's technical strengths in semiconductors, smart welding, and intelligent assembly with the region's solid industrial foundation and rich application scenarios, the fund helped secure the project.
The zone has pledged comprehensive support for the project's operations, ranging from policy incentives and industrial space to professional talent and supply chain coordination.
Known as "China's Auto Valley," the zone currently hosts 10 automakers and more than 1,000 parts suppliers. The rapid expansion of new energy vehicles and smart logistics is steadily driving demand for high-performance industrial robots. With Siasun on board, the region's local supply capabilities for complete robot units and core components—such as speed reducers and controllers—are set to strengthen. Furthermore, the company's technological resources hold the potential to synergize with existing industrial clusters in parts manufacturing and electronic information. Through technology spillover and demonstration applications, Siasun could help upgrade traditional production lines to intelligent systems, leveraging the magnet effect of a leading enterprise to cultivate the broader supply chain.
A representative from the Jingchan Investment Group revealed that the group will maintain its focus on long-term and strategic investments. Moving forward, it plans to deepen a mechanism that combines capital operations with industry introduction and corporate cultivation. By leveraging financial tools to attract more innovative resources, the group aims to support the overall construction of the "Auto Valley Industrial Innovation Corridor" and promote the deep integration of regional technological innovation with the real economy.
