Gasgoo Munich-On March 3, 2026, AVATR held an official handover ceremony in Bangkok, delivering new vehicles to the first batch of over 100 Thai owners. The initial shipment of right-hand-drive AVATR 07s arrived in mid-February and, having passed international quality inspections, are slated for nationwide delivery throughout March.

The AVATR 07 rolling out in Thailand is built on the joint technical architecture of Changan, Huawei, and CATL. The brand is prioritizing the right-hand-drive version for the local market, highlighting its intelligent driving and cockpit features. AVATR says the model comes equipped with Huawei's Qiankun ADS 4 driver-assistance system and HarmonyOS cockpit, aiming to set a new value benchmark in the mid-size SUV segment.
At the event, AVATR unveiled the first celebrity ambassador for its "AVATR Guest" campaign: Thai actress Nychaa (Nuttanicha Dungwattanawanich). As part of its broader expansion strategy in Southeast Asia, the brand plans to continue promoting its "EVERY MOMENT YOURS" philosophy across Thailand.
Since launching its global strategy in 2024, AVATR has established 9 stores in Thailand and plans to expand to 12 this year. Cumulative deliveries of the AVATR 11 in the country have already topped 1,000 units. Looking ahead, AVATR plans to host a high-end delivery event for the AVATR 11 Royal Theatre Edition in mid-to-late March, alongside its participation in the Thailand International Motor Show, to further solidify its brand presence and network in the region.
AVATR currently operates more than 80 overseas touchpoints across over 40 countries and regions. By 2030, the brand aims to expand its footprint to more than 80 markets, establishing over 700 retail outlets worldwide.
