Gasgoo Munich- On April 25, Beijing Automotive Group Co., Ltd. (BAIC Group), Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd. (CATL), and Time Electric Service Technology Co., Ltd. (Time Electric Service) signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement covering battery swapping and the energy ecosystem.

Under the agreement, BAIC Group will expand its chocolate-block battery swapping partnership with CATL and Time Electric Service. Building on the existing Arcfox S3, the companies aim to roll out swapping capabilities for the Arcfox T5, S5, T6, and S6, along with other models under the Beijing brand. Meanwhile, the three parties will collaborate to build an integrated ultra-fast swapping ecosystem, delivering more diverse and efficient recharging solutions for a range of travel scenarios and user needs.
