Gasgoo Munich- Baolong Automotive released its 2026 semi-annual report on August 26. Revenue climbed to 4.684 billion yuan in the first half — an 18.6% annual increase. Net profit attributable to shareholders jumped 95.8% to 264 million yuan. Excluding non-recurring items, profit rose 40.3% to 138 million yuan, while basic earnings per share surged 96.8% to 1.24 yuan.

Breaking it down by quarter, second-quarter revenue hit 2.444 billion yuan, a 19.5% year-on-year rise. Net profit for the period surged 386.3% to 192 million yuan, while non-recurring profit climbed 187% to 47.47 million yuan.
By business unit, smart suspension stood out. Revenue surged 74.4% to 1.111 billion yuan, boosting its share of total revenue from 16.5% a year earlier to 24.3%. Meanwhile, TPMS, accessories, and tools brought in 1.248 billion yuan, up 3.3%. Revenue from automotive metal tubing rose 6.4% to 791 million yuan, and sensor sales climbed 4.7% to 385 million yuan.
The company attributed the growth in core revenue to product lines like smart suspension and ADAS, with steady gains also recorded in metal tubing, TPMS, and sensors.
As of the end of June, total assets reached 12.797 billion yuan — an 8% increase from the end of last year. Net assets belonging to shareholders rose 3.7% to 3.372 billion yuan. The debt-to-asset ratio stood at 70.55%, while gross margin for the reporting period was 22.47%.
Separately, Baolong Automotive proposed an interim dividend for 2026, planning to pay a cash dividend of 3.8 yuan for every 10 shares (tax inclusive).
