Gasgoo Munich- Beijing E-Town's high-end automotive components industrial park has officially broken ground, Gasgoo learned on March 24. Listed among the top 10 benchmark projects for Beijing E-Town in 2026, the site is located in Zhangziying Town within Yizhuang New City, adjacent to the Yizhuang Comprehensive Bonded Zone. Spanning roughly 51,500 square meters, the project features a planned gross floor area of about 32,000 square meters, dedicated to both standardized and customized manufacturing facilities for premium automotive components.

Beijing Yizhuang Automotive Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Auto Tech Company") is leading the investment and construction. According to a company executive, the initiative aims to address the localized sourcing needs of original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in the area. By offering customized production spaces, the developer hopes to attract top-tier component suppliers and foster a symbiotic ecosystem where vehicles and parts evolve together, ultimately sharpening supply chain responsiveness.

Once completed, the park will focus on serving companies in high-end manufacturing, intelligent connected vehicles, and new materials, providing specialized production space and supporting infrastructure. In January, Auto Tech Company signed a customization agreement with Beijing Coret Power Technology Co., Ltd. Coret plans to establish a presence in the park, where the developer will construct a tailored facility to help convert research results into commercial applications — a move aimed at bolstering the digital transformation of power systems.

Auto Tech Company plans to push ahead with construction to ensure the industrial space is delivered on schedule. The company also intends to carry out targeted investment promotion across key sectors such as automotive, smart manufacturing, and new materials. By refining a "park-plus-industry-plus-ecosystem" development model, the goal is to create a hub-style industrial service platform that bridges vehicle manufacturers and component suppliers, underpinning the upgrade of Beijing E-Town's automotive sector and the construction of "Beijing E-Town: Auto Smart Manufacturing Innovation City."
