Beiqi Foton Motor (600166) lowered the ceiling of the issue price range of its private placement from 17.76 yuan per share to 17.58 yuan per share, reports secutimes.com, according to a company filing.
The company paid cash dividends of 1.8 yuan for every 10 shares held for fiscal year 2009.
The dividend payment date was May 20.
Shares of Beiqi Foton Motor dipped 0.5 percent to trade at 21.92 yuan at 13:42 pm on August 31.
