Gasgoo Munich- On April 3, Gasgoo learned that Farasis Energy (688567.SH) recently announced a partnership with a century-old West European bus manufacturer. The company has once again secured the project for the client's next-generation high-end electric bus battery pack, tasked with providing high-performance power battery solutions for its future flagship model.
This collaboration marks the second time the two sides have worked together. The partner is a West European bus maker with a century-long history, positioning itself in the high-end commercial vehicle market. Farasis Energy did not disclose specific details such as the client's name, contract amount, supply cycle, or battery pack technical parameters, confirming only that the project focuses on providing a customized power battery pack solution for the customer's next-generation flagship electric bus.

Europe's commercial vehicle market imposes strict standards for electrification, setting high bars for range, safety, low-temperature performance, lifecycle reliability, and environmental compliance. Securing this project signals that Farasis's pouch battery solutions have cleared the technical validation and supply chain entry requirements of a top-tier European bus maker, further solidifying the company's foothold in the region's commercial electrification drive.
As a domestic enterprise focusing on pouch power batteries, Farasis Energy has continuously expanded into overseas commercial and passenger vehicle markets in recent years. It has previously entered the supply chains of multiple international automakers, and this order represents a continuation of its overseas high-end commercial vehicle business.
Electrification of Europe's bus fleet is accelerating, sparking fierce competition among local and international battery suppliers. While Farasis Energy's repeat orders from this leading client underscore its technical adaptability in the commercial battery sector, the scale of the deal, its impact on revenue, and the timeline for mass production and delivery remain to be seen in future company disclosures.
