Gasgoo Munich- Chery Automobile announced on March 9 that the first mass-produced EXEED EX7 has rolled off the assembly line. This marks the debut of aviation-grade EMB technology in a production vehicle. The system cuts braking response time by at least 50ms.

As the debut model of the EXEED 3.0 era, the vehicle's standout feature is its status as the world's first mass-produced car equipped with an aviation-grade Electromechanical Braking (EMB) system. Simultaneously, EXEED's "Flying Fish Chassis" has been upgraded to the 3.0 stage.
Official images reveal a new family design language. The front fascia features split headlights with a continuous LED daytime running light strip above and vertical main lamps below. A double-layer chrome trim on the front bumper adds a touch of sophistication.
The side profile is defined by fluid, dynamic lines and hidden door handles, which enhance the vehicle's cohesive look while optimizing aerodynamic drag. At the rear, the taillights share the continuous light bar design, accompanied by a small blue indicator for the driver-assistance system.
Inside, the cabin follows a modern minimalist tech aesthetic. A floating full-LCD instrument cluster paired with a 30-inch central screen creates a high-tech atmosphere. The front passenger seat is expected to feature a zero-gravity design with heating, ventilation, and massage functions.
On the intelligent driving front, the EXEED EX7 is set to feature the Falcon 700 driver-assistance system, enabling full-scenario coverage of high-level autonomous driving.
Regarding powertrain, the range-extended variant utilizes a 1.5T turbo engine with a maximum output of 115 kW. Depending on the configuration, the battery capacity is either 39.816 kWh or 39.9168 kWh, delivering a pure electric range of 182 km or 203 km, respectively. The pure electric version features a dual-motor drive system with outputs of 123 kW for the front motor and 230 kW for the rear, offering a maximum range of 726 km.
