Gasgoo.com (Shanghai September 28) - Great Wall's A-shares have officially been registered on the market, the Shenzhen Economic Daily reported today.
The company's stock will be listed under code 601633. Great Wall, the country's largest private enterprise, will issue just over 304 million at 13 yuan ($2.0379) per share. Great Wall is looking to collect 3.96 billion yuan ($619.9m) to finance engine, transmission and vehicle assembly projects. Some market analysts worry that the high capital stock may interfere with the company's growth as a whole.
