Gasgoo.com (Shanghai May 9) - Hawtai Automobile has announced their intent to release ten new vehicles by 2015, the Beijing News reported today. The news comes in the wake of Hawtai's deal to acquire a portion of bankrupt Swedish manufacturer Saab.
The manufacturer is planning to introduce models covering the sedan, SUV and minivan segments, according to reports. Hawtai is also aiming to increase its production capability to 1 million vehicles, 1 million engines, 1 million transmission systems and 1 million sets of complete auto parts by 2015, the final year of the current national economic directive.
