Honda Motor Co. and Nissan Motor Co. are restoring manager salaries that were cut last year, Nikkei English News said, without citing anyone.
Honda is repealing a 5 percent pay cut for management-level employees that was instituted in February 2009, while Nissan is reversing a 5 percent cut for managers and a 10 percent cut for directors from March 2009, according to the report.
