Shanghai (Gasgoo)- HOZON Auto, the Chinese startup owning the new energy vehicle (“NEV”) brand NETA, saw its monthly deliveries hit another record high of 14,037 units in July 2022, skyrocketing 133.5% year on year, while also rising 6.7% month on month, the automaker announced on the first day of August.
According to the automaker's press release, its July deliveries were only contributed by the NETA U and the NETA V.
For the first seven months of 2022, HOZON Auto's deliveries added up to 77,168 units, surging 184.6% compared to the same span of last year.

On the last day of July, the automaker saw its all-new flagship model, the NETA S, hit the market. Coming with eight trim levels, the new model is priced from 199,800 yuan to 338,800 yuan ($29,610-$50,210).
The full-sized sedan features frameless doors and a streamlined body, which helps to deliver a drag coefficient as low as 0.216Cd.
In terms of driver assistance facilities, the NETA S is equipped with 5 millimeter-wave radars, 11 cameras, etc. to perform such intelligent driving functions as NNP (NETA Navigated Pilot) and NTP memory parking.
The NETA S comes with both all-electric and range-extended powertrain solutions.
