JAC have been aggressively pushing their small car line up for the past two years and are also planning to push forth their own self developed DSG gearbox. In addition to their soon to launch Yue Yue hatchback, JAC are proposing a super safe two seater city car that will carry an 800cc or a 1.0L engine which will be more than enough for it to take on the mean city streets of east coast China.
We might see the new mini car at the Guangzhou Auto Show this month. JAC Group have expanded well away from their light truck begginings and have swiftly moved into the car arena and then onto coaches and heavy vehicles. JAC have also set up a new energy company in a bid to bring down the cost of new energy vehicles and make them more affordable to the end consumer.
