Established in 2014, Jidou Auto brings over a decade of experience in digital cockpits, having built a full-chain capability spanning R&D, scenario deployment, and large-scale operations. With 70% of its staff in R&D, the company operates under A-SPICE standards and holds top-tier certifications including ISO9001, ISO27001, and TISAX. To date, Jidou Auto has delivered more than 100 automaker projects, serving over 30 global clients such as Audi, BMW, Porsche, Toyota, and BYD. Its footprint extends to over 40 million contracted vehicles and an ecosystem of more than 400 partners.

ThunderSoft moved into the intelligent vehicle sector in 2013. Its product portfolio covers smart cockpits, autonomous driving, vehicle operating systems, and central computing platforms, forming a closed-loop ecosystem spanning "chip-OS-application-cloud." The company’s automotive solutions are now integrated into more than 50 million vehicles worldwide.

As a ThunderSoft subsidiary focused on automotive graphics software, Rightware’s Kanzi series of tools are widely used in in-vehicle interface development. Powered by a high-performance 3D engine, Kanzi supports immersive visuals and multi-screen connectivity while remaining compatible with the Android ecosystem. It has helped more than 50 brands, including Toyota, achieve mass production of HMI systems, covering tens of millions of vehicles.

This partnership creates a collaborative model defined by "system foundation + tool enablement + scenario deployment." Moving forward, the three parties will deepen their cooperation in R&D, solution integration, and market expansion to jointly advance the smart cockpit ecosystem and accelerate the intelligent upgrade of the automotive industry.
