Gasgoo Munich- On June 25, Lightwheel AI signed a cooperation agreement with IAT (stock code: 300825) and Yusys Technologies (stock code: 300674). The trio plans to establish a joint venture focused on industrial applications in artificial intelligence and robotics.
Specifically, the joint venture will integrate Lightwheel AI’s capabilities in physical AI data and evaluation infrastructure. It combines this with IAT’s industrial experience in automotive R&D, lean manufacturing, and robotics product engineering. It also incorporates Yusys Technologies’ strengths in software R&D, system integration, data operations, on-site engineering delivery, and commercial expansion. Together, they aim to build a complete closed loop covering "scenario definition—product R&D—data operations—simulation evaluation—system integration—deployment feedback—continuous iteration."

For its part, Lightwheel AI will focus on real-world scenario data collection, data governance and operations, simulation and synthetic data generation, and the Real2Sim and Sim2Real cycle. It will also handle algorithm capability evaluation and deployment feedback loops. By providing this physical AI data and evaluation infrastructure, Lightwheel AI aims to help the joint venture establish a complete workflow: from real-world scenarios to simulation training, capability evaluation to actual deployment, and finally back to feedback-driven iteration.
IAT will concentrate on robotics product R&D and customized development, offering engineering support. It will supply real-world tasks, environments, and engineering validation foundations derived from automotive and advanced manufacturing scenarios for intelligent robotics and AI applications.
Yusys Technologies is set to leverage its financial industry clients, enterprise digitalization scenarios, system integration, data governance, and platform operations. Its role is to support the joint venture in expanding industry applications and achieving scaled delivery.
Using the joint venture as a vehicle, the three parties aim to drive deep synergy between industrial scenarios, engineering capabilities, and physical AI infrastructure. This collaboration is designed to help AI and robotics applications move beyond technical R&D into scenario definition, product development, system integration, data operations, and continuous service.
Notably, this marks the third joint venture Lightwheel AI has established in recent months.
In mid-June, Lightwheel AI announced a strategic partnership with Wuxi Boton Technology. The two agreed to jointly fund a new joint venture and form a combined team. Their focus: high-risk, high-frequency, and high-value roles in industrial and mining settings. Together, they plan to build a continuous learning loop spanning data collection, simulation training, capability evaluation, real-world deployment, and on-site feedback.
On April 20, Chengdu Xinguang World Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.—co-founded by Guanglun Intelligence and the New Hope Group—officially opened in the Chengdu Mushan Park. Xinguang World is dedicated to building a data and simulation infrastructure platform for the large-scale deployment of embodied intelligence. The goal is to deeply integrate data, simulation, and evaluation capabilities with industrial scenarios, creating an industrial platform that serves as a model and a driver for the sector.
