In recent years, Jetour has anchored its strategy on a "Travel+" concept, deploying models like the X70 and X90 series alongside the Traveler and Shanhai T2 to carve out niches in the family SUV and boxy off-road markets. By refining product functions, integrating ecosystem resources, and upgrading customization services, the brand is crafting a professional outdoor lifestyle experience. This "product plus ecosystem" approach helps Jetour sidestep the saturated traditional SUV sector and build a comprehensive product matrix. Against this backdrop, Jetour's luxury flagship off-roader — the Jetour Zongheng G700 — officially launched on October 19, 2025. Within just two months, cumulative orders surpassed 20,000 units, with global sales reaching 8,327 vehicles for 2025.

The Jetour G700 targets the fiercely competitive 300,000 to 400,000 yuan "luxury hardcore new-energy SUV" segment — a blue ocean that has seen its market size exceed 250,000 vehicles in 2025 and is poised to challenge the 400,000 mark in 2026. As off-road culture goes mainstream, the customer base is shifting from traditional enthusiasts to "urban elites" aged 30 to 45 who prioritize extreme safety and outdoor sophistication. This group values the convergence of mechanical capability and intelligent cockpits. Leveraging Jetour's "Travel+" ecosystem and Chery's Kunpeng power platform, the Gasgoo Auto Institute forecasts that G700 sales could hit 40,000 units in 2026, securing a spot in the top tier of the new-energy hardcore SUV market. If a lower-spec version is introduced to lower the entry barrier, its market share is set to lead the pack.

Inside the cabin, the G700 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8255 chip, paired with a 15.6-inch high-definition central control screen and a 35.4-inch wide instrument cluster to deliver robust computing power and sharp visuals. Running on the Zongheng OS, the system enables four-screen linkage and supports multimodal interactions like voice and gesture control. The seats feature zero-gravity design and Nappa leather, complete with massage, heating, and ventilation. A Lexicon audio system provides an immersive sound experience, while the trunk offers a maximum expanded volume exceeding 2,100 liters. Notably, it introduces an industry-first external oxygen concentrator, enhancing comfort and safety during long-haul and off-road expeditions.
On the driver-assistance front, the specifications are aggressive. The entry-level model features the Falcon 500 system, while the top-tier variant boasts Huawei's Kunpeng ADS 4.0. Equipped with 27 high-performance sensors, the vehicle maintains real-time awareness of its surroundings. Capabilities cover Highway NOA, Off-road NCA, and full-scenario parking, making it easy to maneuver this 5-meter-plus hardcore SUV.
Power comes from an 800V high-voltage platform integrating the Kunpeng Super Hybrid CDM-O system. It combines a 2.0TD hybrid-specific engine with a dual-motor drive assembly, delivering a combined output of 665 kW and 1,135 N·m of torque. Paired with a CATL 34.13 kWh battery and a 100-liter fuel tank, the G700 offers a CLTC battery-powered range of 150 kilometers and a total range of 1,400 kilometers. Supporting 4C fast-charging technology, it can charge from 30% to 80% in just 10 minutes, effectively eliminating range anxiety for long-distance cross-country travel.
The chassis utilizes a non-load-bearing high-strength steel body and comes standard with a self-developed four-wheel intelligent air suspension, Arnott nitrogen shock absorbers, and three electronically controlled locks with a response time under 100 milliseconds. The Off-road NCA system supports modes for sand, snow, and wading, using AI to monitor road gradient and traction in real time to automatically adjust chassis stiffness. Additionally, core internal components meet IP68 waterproofing standards, ensuring exceptional wading performance.
