The IPO was priced at HK$295.6 per share. Assuming the full exercise of the over-allotment option, the global offering comprised approximately 22.93 million shares, raising about HK$6.8 billion. Investor demand was particularly strong, with the Hong Kong public offering reportedly oversubscribed by 414 times. Excluding cornerstone investors and before the greenshoe option, the international offering was around 44 times oversubscribed.

Founded in 2016, Momenta has positioned itself as a developer of physical AI technologies, with a strategy centered on applying artificial intelligence to real-world mobility. The company's technology stack is built around a proprietary world model and a data-driven learning framework, supporting two complementary businesses: intelligent driving solutions for mass-produced passenger vehicles and autonomous mobility platforms designed for large-scale deployment. Together, these initiatives are intended to accelerate the adoption of AI beyond the digital world and into everyday transportation.

The company says more than one million production vehicles equipped with its intelligent driving system are now on the road. Its technology has been launched across more than 100 production models, while design wins have surpassed 210 vehicle programs. Momenta also reports partnerships spanning many of the world's leading automotive manufacturers, reflecting the industry's growing demand for scalable assisted and autonomous driving technologies.

Earlier this year, Momenta introduced its R7 world model into mass production, describing the launch as a key step toward broader deployment of physical AI. Looking ahead, the company aims to develop a foundational AI platform capable of supporting a wide range of autonomous applications, including passenger vehicles, autonomous delivery vans, self-driving trucks, Robotaxis, and, over time, robotics beyond the automotive sector.
