Gasgoo Munich-Momenta, a third-party autonomous driving supplier, recently announced that its installations have surpassed 1 million units. Meanwhile, according to its disclosed listing timeline, the company passed its listing hearing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 23, launched a global offering on June 29, and is set to officially list on the main board on July 8.

On the partnership front, Momenta has forged alliances with major domestic and international automakers, including SAIC, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Toyota, Honda, General Motors, and BYD.
According to disclosures, its network now covers 24 global OEMs. This includes nine of the world’s top ten automakers and all of China’s top ten. The number of models designated for exclusive supply or collaboration continues to rise, laying a solid foundation for future growth.
Regarding R&D, public data shows that Momenta’s research expenses hit 1.28 billion yuan in 2023, 1.51 billion in 2024, and 1.87 billion in 2025. That brings cumulative R&D investment over the three years to 4.66 billion yuan.
This sustained funding focuses on three core technical directions: physical AI, end-to-end autonomous driving, and reinforcement learning models.
Positioning itself in the physical AI space, Momenta anchors its technical roadmap on world models combined with a "data flywheel" strategy. The company is advancing along two parallel paths: mass production support and scalable driverless operations. It noted that its partners span global mainstream brands, with delivery volumes and production scale for joint models continuing to climb.
