Gasgoo Munich - EverWise announced on February 4 that it has recently secured nearly 20 million yuan in an angel round led exclusively by Shenzhen Songhe Chuangzhi Venture Capital Investment Partnership. The capital will fuel the continued development of general-purpose industrial robots, the iteration of core technologies, and the expansion of market applications.
Prior to this, the company had already closed several funding rounds. Between October and December 2025, EverWise raised over 10 million yuan across seed and seed-plus rounds from investors including G&O Capital, Shenzhen Leaguer, and Prime Light Capital, providing strong momentum for early product development. To date, the startup’s total funding is approaching 50 million yuan.
Spun out of the Tsinghua University Shenzhen Intelligent Robot Laboratory, EverWise was officially established in August 2025. Founder and CEO Dr. Guo Guanqiu, born in 1998, is a doctoral candidate in electronic information at Tsinghua University Shenzhen International Graduate School. Specializing in robotic control and algorithms, he has spearheaded multiple industry-academia integration projects.
Chief Scientist Professor Wang Xueqian, a national-level expert, has long focused on robotic dynamics and control, teleoperation, and intelligent decision-making and game theory. His expertise provides the company with a solid foundation of research support.

Strategically, EverWise focuses on industrial embodied intelligence, aiming to empower hardware with models to create autonomous, flexible, and generalizable intelligent products. Specifically, the company targets a "model-defined hardware" architecture. This combines cloud-based multimodal large models, Mixture-of-Experts (MOE) models for industrial scenarios, and a "cerebellum" task layer using reinforcement and imitation learning. By delivering one-stop capabilities through robotic hardware, the startup is building a multi-expert, generalizable industrial embodied brain.
The company has successfully developed representative products such as the "Yugong No. 1" and "Maliang X1." It has already established partnerships with leading industry clients, creating initial demonstration effects in relevant application scenarios.
