Recently, Cephalon (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Cephalon") said it has closed a Pre-A+ funding round. The round was led by Goofor, with existing shareholder Fengrui Zhuoyue Fund II continuing to invest. Proceeds will focus on deepening its industry-integration strategy — specifically expanding solutions for key sectors, strengthening cloud-edge-device coordination, and building a developer and AI agent ecosystem.
Strikingly, the raise comes just months after its Pre-A round. Existing investors increasing their stakes alongside a new backer signals capital-market recognition of its "placing compute in the hands of users" business model and technical path, while highlighting the strong potential of the distributed-compute space.

Since its founding, Cephalon has worked to integrate and orchestrate idle computing resources worldwide to build a large-scale distributed AI compute network.
