Invus employs an evergreen capital structure with over $12 billion in assets under management. This investment was a collaborative effort between its Asian private equity team and the global innovation public equity strategy team. Atma Capital, a long-term investment platform, focuses on intelligence and automation to support the scaling of breakthrough technologies.
Atma Capital noted that Flexiv pioneered a new category of adaptive robots by deeply integrating AI with advanced force control technology. This enables machines to perceive, adapt, and operate with dexterity — forming a core pillar of the physical economy's transformation.
As manufacturing demands for flexibility grow, traditional programming models are hitting efficiency limits. Flexiv integrates force control with hierarchical AI to create a software-hardware integrated architecture and a general intelligent infrastructure platform, enabling product standardization and rapid deployment.
Flexiv's products are now widely deployed across sectors including mobility, electronics and appliances, general industry, food and FMCG, commercial services, and healthcare. The company has become a key hardware platform for embodied intelligence for numerous domestic and international enterprises.
