Gasgoo Munich- AITO recently held a "New Luxury Dialogue with Users" event in Lhasa. Zhang Xinghai, chairman of SERES Group, visited the local user center to meet with representatives from high-altitude regions. They discussed product experiences and after-sales service, among other topics.

During the discussion, Zhang stated that user safety is the company's lifeblood, while user pride defines its value. He emphasized that reliability is the bedrock of trust. Vehicles should not feel obsolete shortly after purchase, he argued, so AITO will uphold full-lifecycle reliability standards to ensure long-term value retention.
One M7 owner shared his experience at the roundtable. He had long relied on gasoline cars due to concerns about how new-energy vehicles perform at high altitudes. However, after recommendations from friends and comparative test drives, he was won over by the M7’s driver-assistance systems, cabin comfort, and service.
AITO also highlighted the market performance of its core models. The M9 has surpassed 20,000 cumulative deliveries just seven weeks after launch. The M8 has delivered over 180,000 units in total. The M7 family has exceeded 460,000 deliveries, ranking among the leaders in the 300,000-yuan SUV segment from new automakers since the start of 2024. Meanwhile, the M6 topped 40,000 deliveries within 97 days of its debut.
On the service front, AITO offers full-lifecycle support covering purchasing, usage, maintenance, and travel. This includes one-stop registration, remote diagnostics, standardized maintenance workflows, and a "45-minute quick service" promise. User centers are equipped with smart workshops that allow for real-time tracking of maintenance progress.
AITO stated it will continue to refine its products and services based on actual user needs. These direct engagement events have already been held in multiple locations and will continue to roll out.
