The Falcon is an automotive-grade, ultra-long-range LiDAR platform developed by Seyond using a 1550nm high-performance technology roadmap.
Its next-generation product, the Falcon K3, achieves a dual breakthrough in performance and form factor: it boasts a maximum detection range of 900 meters and an angular resolution in the ROI region as fine as 0.05°×0.04°. At the same time, its volume has been cut by 50% compared to the previous generation, balancing high performance with integration flexibility.
Validated by 750,000 production deliveries, the Falcon platform stands as the industry's highest-volume high-performance LiDAR, widely deployed in L3+ vehicles and roadside infrastructure.
As a standard sensor for NIO's NT2.0 and NT3.0 Aquila super-sensing systems, the Falcon is equipped across the full lineup, including the ES8, ES9, ET7, ET9, ET5, ES7, EC7, and ES6. To date, Seyond has secured design wins from 18 OEMs, covering more than 60 models. Furthermore, the Falcon platform has expanded into diverse scenarios, including commercial vehicles, Robotaxis, smart transportation, smart highways, smart ports, and smart mining zones. Currently, Seyond's LiDAR solutions have achieved large-scale deployment across multiple countries and regions, continuously empowering safety and smart living through innovative hardware and software technologies.
