The reporter also learned that the engine plant, the supporting industrial park and other construction projects for the new medium-size car are also being promoted simultaneously.
In terms of the sales network of the mid-size car, a source from Wuling revealed to the reporter that they will pay more attention to the second and third-tier cities, even the forth-tier city and rural markets.
Now, the passenger cars of SAIC and GM are mainly focus on the first-tier cities, and once they join hands with SGMW's second- and third- tier, even the forth-tier and rural market network, they will form a flexible, accessible and widely distributed network.
