At present, Toyota Automobile (China) Investment Co. Ltd. has submitted its recall plan to AQSIQ for record. The company recalls exporting Lexus RX400h made from April 3, 2006 to December 1, 2008. The plan implements from Sept. 4, 2013 and concerns with 2012 vehicles in mainland China.

Because of the manufacturer design, electronic component substrate of electronic transmitting engine controlling circuit or generator controlling electronic circuit of hybrid power system leaded solder heat resistance is not stable enough. It is possible to trigger voltage of high-voltage system loading into control circuit, and fuses power electronic circuit fuse. It is possible to causes vehicle unable moving without any warning.

Toyota Automobile (China) investment Co. Ltd. will replace substrate with intelligence power module for the above vehicle for free.
