Gasgoo Munich- On March 6, Visteon (Nasdaq: VC) released its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2025.
On the financial front, Visteon generated $948 million in net sales for the fourth quarter and $3.77 billion for the full year. On the earnings side, net income reached $74 million in the quarter and $201 million for the year. Profitability stood out, with adjusted EBITDA hitting $110 million in Q4 and climbing to a record $492 million for the full year — demonstrating strong earnings resilience.

Turning to cash flow, operating cash flow for the year totaled $410 million, while adjusted free cash flow reached $292 million, providing a solid financial foundation for business development.
Business expansion and product innovation yielded significant results, becoming key growth drivers for the year. In 2025, Visteon successfully launched 86 new products globally, continuously sharpening its competitive edge. Meanwhile, market expansion achieved a breakthrough, with the company securing a record $7.4 billion in new orders to underpin future revenue growth. Regarding shareholder returns, Visteon completed $57 million in share buybacks during 2025.
Looking ahead to 2026, Visteon signaled confidence by raising its quarterly dividend for the first quarter by 36% to $0.375 per share. The increase reflects optimism about the company's operational outlook and further strengthens its shareholder return policy. Additionally, the company issued full-year guidance for fiscal 2026. It projects net sales of $3.63 billion to $3.83 billion, adjusted EBITDA of $455 million to $495 million, and adjusted free cash flow of $170 million to $210 million.
