Gasgoo Munich- Yanfeng International Automotive Technology and TONLY Technology recently signed a joint venture agreement in Shanghai.

The partners will pool Yanfeng's expertise in vehicle audio systems with TONLY's speaker technologies. Drawing on their combined global footprints, the joint venture aims to deliver integrated solutions for the in-car acoustics market.
Yanfeng brings audio innovation in smart cockpits, alongside system-integration capabilities for seats and interior components. The supplier also has proven automotive-grade standards and mass-production experience.
TONLY brings more than two decades of acoustic industry experience. The ODM platform covers the full design-to-manufacturing spectrum — from electro-acoustic components to finished products — and holds core technologies in acoustic algorithms, wireless connectivity, and smart interaction.
Under the partnership, TONLY will adapt its consumer-electronics speaker expertise for vehicle cabins, bringing premium audio quality to the cockpit. The companies will collaborate across R&D, supply chains, manufacturing, and global delivery to build cockpit acoustic systems that offer customers a competitive edge.
