Gasgoo Munich- On June 18, dealers circulated a new pricing notice: the out-the-door price for Huawei's Qiankun ADS advanced driving package will rise on July 1. This means owners purchasing the package will pay an additional 3,000 yuan.
Under Huawei's official pricing structure, the standard rate for the Qiankun ADS advanced package—covering both Max and Ultra versions—is 36,000 yuan. Huawei has previously offered limited-time promotions reducing this to 32,000 yuan. Combined with approximately 20,000 yuan in purchase subsidies from partner automakers like AITO and Avatr, the effective price for most users dropped to around 12,000 yuan.
According to dealer communications, the price for the Qiankun ADS Max and Ultra packages will increase to 35,000 yuan starting July 1. Factoring in automaker subsidies, the cost of the advanced driving package will climb to 15,000 yuan, increasing the cost by 3,000 yuan.
A statement on price adjustments for Huawei's smart driving products cites shifts in the global chip supply chain as the reason. Rapid advancements in artificial intelligence have significantly driven up chip demand. Since the second half of 2025, prices for core smart driving components have surged—a trend that continues into 2026.

To ensure the sustainable development of Huawei's smart driving business and maintain long-term service for customers, the company decided after careful consideration to adjust prices for its smart driving products starting July 1, 2026. The move aims to offset mounting cost pressures.
Dealers note, however, that customers who have already placed orders but have not taken delivery will be exempt from this price increase. They can still purchase the advanced driving package at the original 12,000 yuan price.
