ORITEK said the new funding will be used to strengthen its core capabilities in what it describes as the "Everything + AI" ecosystem, accelerate large-scale production and commercial deployment of its chip products, and deepen its presence in markets including intelligent vehicles, smart industry, robotics, and broader AIoT applications.

The company is positioning itself to capitalize on growing demand for edge-side AI processing as industries increasingly integrate artificial intelligence into physical devices and real-world operating environments.

As AI systems become more deeply integrated with physical devices, demand is rising for edge hardware capable of real-time sensing, intelligent decision-making, and low-latency interaction. Since its founding, ORITEK has focused on developing a unified technology platform covering sensing, computing, communications, interaction, and display technologies.

The company has introduced multiple AI chip families, including the Longquan, Gongbu, and Chunjun series, aimed at supporting a broad range of application scenarios. By building around a common algorithm framework, chip architecture, and software stack, ORITEK has expanded beyond automotive electronics into industrial intelligence, robotics, and AIoT markets.

Within the automotive sector, ORITEK has secured dozens of production nominations from major automakers for applications including assisted driving systems, zonal control units (ZCUs), and intelligent edge-side components such as AI-powered lighting systems and AI-based occupant monitoring technologies. Several of these programs are already moving into mass-production deployment.

In smart industry and robotics, the company provides real-time computing platforms for embodied robotics, industrial vision systems, motion control, and autonomous navigation applications. ORITEK said these technologies are designed to support the rollout of AI-powered factories and next-generation intelligent manufacturing systems.

Beyond automotive and industrial applications, ORITEK's products are also being adopted in smart mobility and consumer IoT segments, including intelligent electric two-wheelers and emerging smart hardware devices, as the company seeks to broaden the reach of its edge AI semiconductor platform.
