PaXiniTech and SynapX Forge Strategic Partnership

Gasgoo Munich-PaXiniTech has forged a strategic partnership with SynapX. The two companies will combine their strengths in embodied data, physical AI, and industrial scenarios to collaborate on embodied perception, multimodal data collection, application scenarios, and ecosystem development.

Anchored by tactile perception, PaXiniTech has established a comprehensive hardware matrix spanning tactile sensors, dexterous hands, and humanoid robots. Beyond hardware, the firm has developed a full-stack technology ecosystem—covering hardware packaging, data acquisition, and algorithm integration—culminating in OmniVTLA, its inaugural VTLA embodied intelligence model.

On the data front, PaXiniTech introduced a "human-centric" system for high-precision, real-world data collection back in 2024, incorporating rare tactile modalities. By mid-2025, the company launched the Tianjin Super EID Factory—billed as the world's largest facility dedicated to embodied intelligence data acquisition.

This year, PaXiniTech expanded its footprint with four new "super data collection factories" in Suqian, Wuhan, Zigong, and Ganzhou. Combined with the Tianjin hub, this creates a strategic network covering North, East, Central, Southwest, and South China—the world's largest cluster of embodied intelligence data factories, boasting the broadest range of modalities, highest standards, and strongest coordination.

SynapX, founded earlier this year by Du Dalong, brings deep industry pedigree. Du previously founded Gaussian Robotics and was a founding member of Baidu's IDL and the sixth employee at Horizon Robotics. The company's co-founders—Liang Zhujin, Pan Yangjia, and Fan Qingyuan—also hail from Horizon or Gaussian Robotics.

SynapX is focused on building infrastructure for physical AI, aiming to establish the underlying platform for operational intelligence. Centered on its SYNTH architecture, the company is developing world foundation models, policy execution models, and a multimodal data system. It has also created a software-hardware integrated infrastructure for dexterous manipulation, with the goal of enabling robots to understand tasks, execute operations, and evolve continuously within the physical world.

Beyond PaXiniTech, SynapX has recently partnered with Wuwen Intelligence and Happy e-Worker, among others, to advance the exploration and large-scale application of physical AGI in the real world.
