Gasgoo Munich-RoboSense has officially partnered with Lightwheel AI during the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC 2026). The alliance will combine RoboSense's leadership in robotic perception hardware and mass production with Lightwheel AI's expertise in defining data requirements, large-scale simulation, and real-world deployment feedback. Together, they aim to deepen cooperation across the physical AI infrastructure chain—spanning data, evaluation, and deployment feedback.

Specifically, the partners will reverse-engineer data collection based on training and evaluation needs, ensuring the collection process serves deployment goals from the outset. This creates a closed loop where demand drives collection, evaluation calibrates data, and deployment feedback fuels iteration.
RoboSense brings its full-stack, in-house digital chips and mass-delivery capabilities for robotic perception hardware to the table. Meanwhile, Lightwheel AI will feed its insights into "what data models truly need" back into hardware and specification design, jointly accelerating the rollout of next-generation data collection hardware.
A dominant force in LiDAR, RoboSense is aggressively expanding into embodied intelligence. At WAIC 2026, the company unveiled the E2—its second-generation solid-state perception platform built on the in-house "Peacock" SPAD-SoC chip. Compared with the previous E1, the E2 series delivers a wider field of view within a more compact form factor, boosts maximum precision threefold, and hits a million-level point rate. It is designed for applications ranging from robotic lawnmowers and humanoid robots to quadrupeds and drones.
Beyond Lightwheel AI, RoboSense has also forged strategic alliances with BeingBeyond, GenRobot.AI, and Origen. These partnerships focus on robotic spatial perception, real-world data collection, processing, model training, and application verification. Together, they aim to advance physical AI perception infrastructure, extending the company's reach from the "robot's eye" to the data gateway for physical AI.
To date, RoboSense has partnered with more than 3,400 robotics companies. This includes nearly 50 leading humanoid and quadruped robot firms such as Unitree, AGIBOT, Galbot, ENGINEAI Robotics Technology, and Dobot. The company has secured the top sales spot in the global robotics market and across several key segments.
