Gasgoo Munich-During the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC), Ti5 robot (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and Siemens officially signed a project cooperation agreement. The partnership aims to jointly build a benchmark factory for embodied intelligence, accelerating the large-scale industrial application of the technology.

This collaboration is viewed as one of the key outcomes of this year's conference in driving industrial implementation. Under the agreement, the two parties will deepen cooperation across five core areas: upgrading R&D digitally, building unmanned "lights-out" factories, establishing a joint laboratory for lightweight joints, empowering the industrial ecosystem, and co-developing industry standards.
Ti5 robot will open a dedicated green channel for resources to ensure the project progresses efficiently. Siemens, meanwhile, will leverage its digital capabilities—such as product lifecycle management and automated production lines—to help Ti5 robot bridge the full data chain from product design and simulation to precision machining and smart assembly. The two sides will focus on the real-world implementation of multi-station integration, closing the loop on technologies like digital twins and data acquisition, to explore the transition path from traditional digital factories to new smart facilities driven by embodied intelligence.
