Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Honda Motor brought the first model of its e:N EV line to the China International Import Expo (CIIE) in Shanghai, demonstrating the auto giant’s latest electrification achievements.
The e:NS1 is mounted with Honda’s intelligent and high performance “e:N Architecture F”, a high rigidity EV-dedicated frame, and a three-in-one high power electric motor. The battery pack on the car allows an NEDC range of over 500 km.
The vehicle features Honda’s “e:N OS” full-stack intelligent control ecosystem, integrating with a smart digital cockpit built on the HMI system. The e:NS1 is also powered by Honda CONNECT 3.0 EV edition and the automaker’s Honda SENSING ADAS system.
As to the exterior of the e:NS1, Honda adopted its new “e:N Design” language, with a symbolic logo particular to the “e:N” series. Interestingly, the automaker incorporated a “Heart beat” interactive lighting system that presents different expressions during charging, making the process obvious and aesthetic.
